To support our austere, wildland, and disaster teams, International Medical Direction LLC (IMD) maintains Administrative EMS Medical Directors licensed in many states of the US.

Depending on type of program requested and depending on state law IMD may be able to accomodate other EMS programs beyond these to potentially include 24/7/365 online support to EMS teams in that state as well.

Our model of Austere, Wildland and Disaster response allows for IMD ‘Zones’ to be established and these zones to be covered by 2 or more EMS Administrative Medical Directors.
